I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from the tram and bus stops, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff was really helpful and friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and communication issues were a bit frustrating. Overall, it was good value for the price, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
